i appreciated the room upgrade to the 27th floor. the burj khalifa view from the room was very nice. the comfy beds were also a highlight. the hotel offers room service 24/7.
i noticed the female staff was a bit unfriendly.

I found the lentil soup quite tasty. there are a couple of supermarkets nearby. One is even inside the hotel. this makes it easy to grab snacks or essentials.

zaheer from concierge provided great recommendations. bella was very sweet during check-in! irene, the manager, was also super helpful. zeeshan kept everything tidy and organized. i also appreciate that the hotel offered bellman services for luggage assistance.
my access card did not work for the basement and it seems the barrier was not working properly, it was never fixed .

the hotel offered dry cleaning and spa services i thought were particularly useful. my beautiful room had a burj khalifa view i liked a lot. i'd say the hotel also provided a food and beverage service, though signature dishes wasn't included.
